Mango is a private dashboard operated by iCodeMyBusiness. This page explains what data it handles. Mango is used by authorized accounts only and is not a public service.

What we collect

• Account identity — your email and user ID via our authentication provider, Clerk.
• Time & billing data — time entries and rates imported from Clockify using a connected API key you provide.
• App data you enter — clients, tasks, notes, and related records.

How it is used & stored

• Data is used solely to operate the dashboard for the account owner.
• It is stored on infrastructure controlled by iCodeMyBusiness; third-party API keys are kept as secrets and never displayed.
• We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-party services

Mango integrates with Clerk (authentication), Clockify (time tracking), and Anthropic (AI features). Their handling of data is governed by their respective policies.
